No Rx. I did 173, or i guess 175 if you count the clips. 200 is my max DL right now, so 175 is spitting distance of that haha. moral of the story, it was pretty heavy. coach said my form was great so i’m happy about that. i think i could have Rx’d this but my back would have been more destroyed than what it is now.
