so one of the guys has been scheming up killer wods for when he comes in on saturday. he and our other coach have been asking me to wod with them for the past few weeks and yesterday i finally did. blahhhhh

20m OH lunge (25# plate)

Then: 400m farmer’s carry (25# dumbbells)

the 3 rope climbs on this was absolutely ridic. by the 2nd round my hands and forearms were already starting to fatigue, let alone let me do 6 more rounds. i think it was after 5 rounds, i wasn’t able to climb anymore, so i did 3:1 scales (laying down and pulling yourself up, then back down). regardless, the rope blew and the other stuff was fine. then after you complete your 8 rounds, pick up some goddamn dumbbells and shuffle the 400m. that was fun……
