No Rx today cause of the cleans. 105# was a stretch for me. i feel like my strength has been totally sapped. it could be a number of things, but i have a feeling its because of the diet change. 85# for a clean is about where i’ve been at for a while. the swings felt good but heavy. since the Cert i’ve been making sure i’m keeping my midline nice and tight. cleans and swings are tough on the back.
