wednesday’s wod(s)

so the boys wanted to do a CF Football wod instead of the running/rowing one we normally do on wednesdays (active recovery). i didn’t exactly do the strength part of it, because i always get really mad and frustrated with snatching. normally i don’t get bothered working out with the guys and using lighter weights, but when they’re snatching over 180, and i’m only doing like 60# it’s kind of discouraging. it was supposed to be this:

find 2 rep max - 2 @ 95% - 2 @ 90% - 2 at 100%

then: amrap 12

7 dumbbell cleans (25#)

7 hand release push ups

250m row

5 rounds

this was alright. i think i ended up with 5ish rounds, i know i was one or two behind them. the boys never grab chalk to tally on the floor so when i thought about going to grab one, they started the clock. oh well.

i also went and did Jackie afterward with my friend who came in for the free class. i think i finished in 1225. i took a lot of rest to help her out but i admit i was a bit gassed. she did pretty well though; i don’t think she’ll sign up. i think its mostly people wanting to hang out with me before i leave, which is fine. we played bingo after at green mill on Grand Ave haha
