No Rx for Grace, close though. I threw 85# up and balls was that heavy. i have to ask coach m and find out how bad my form was haha. i wanted to go as heavy as i could handle and it was hard locking my arms out on a few reps. pretty happy with myself though. coach b finished sub 2 min. i wish i would have been able to watch him but we were both in the 2nd heat and right next to each other

happy hour afterward was good. its always good to start drinking at 230 haha
